11.     Request for Executive Session from Michael C. Wood, Secretary, pursuant to Rhode Island Open Meeting law [42-46-5 (a)(5)] for discussion and consideration related to the acquisition, sale or exchange of real property.
a.      98 Pascoag Main Street (Map175/Lot 040)
b.      Administrative Subdivision Plan, Stillwater (Map 160/Lots 69, 74, 75)
c.      Memorandum of understanding and lease agreement for office space in the Clock Tower building.
d.      Disposition of 10,000 sq. feet of community space and options available to the Agency.
